Welcome to Me To Me ("we," "our," or "us"). This service is provided by HasdFang. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you use our application and tell you about your privacy rights.

• Personal Identification Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture that you provide when you register (via Firebase Authentication).
• User-Generated Content: Messages (including text and replies) you send or receive through our chat services (stored in Firestore).
• Device Information: We collect your device ID and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you push notifications for new messages.
• Usage Data: Information about your app interactions, such as online status, "last seen," and your block list (`blockedUsers`) (stored in Firebase Realtime Database and Firestore).
• Auto Reply Bot Settings: If you use the Auto Reply Bot feature, we collect and store your bot settings, including your keywords and custom replies, to provide this functionality.
• Scheduled Messages: If you schedule a message, we temporarily store the message content and the scheduled time on our server until it is successfully delivered.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our application.
• Authenticate you and manage your account.
• Send you push notifications for new messages.
• Enable app functionality (chat, search, block, report, seen status, typing status, auto-reply, message scheduling).
• Enforce our terms and policies.
• Respond to your support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored securely on Google's Firebase platform (Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Storage). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties. All data is used solely for the operation of the Me To Me service, managed by HasdFang via the Firebase platform.

5. Children's Privacy (Age Requirement)

Our Service is intended for users who are **18 years of age and over**. We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child (under 18) has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to control your data. You can delete specific data (like your sent messages) directly within the app using the "Unsend" feature.

You also have the right to delete your entire account. You can request account deletion at any time from within the application by navigating to:

Settings > Delete Account

Please be aware that this action is irreversible. When you confirm the deletion, a request is sent to our server (Cloud Function) to permanently delete your personal information, including your authentication profile, user document, chat history, and device tokens, from our systems (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Realtime Database).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy in the app.
