HasdFang ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, HasdFang (the "App" or "Service").

1. Collection of Information

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device.

A. Personal Data You Provide

• Account Registration: We collect your full name, email address, date of birth, gender, and password when you register for an account.
• Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information for your public profile, such as a profile picture, bio/description, and username.
• User Generated Content: We collect the content you create, post, or upload, including photos, "Eye" videos (short videos), status updates, comments, replies, and messages sent via our chat feature.
• Report & Support Data: When you report a post, comment, or user profile through our in-app reporting system, or submit a support ticket via the "Help & Support" section, we collect the details you provide, including the reason for the report, descriptive text, and any screenshots/proof you upload. This information is used solely for content moderation and resolving your issues.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Security Information (Device Fingerprinting): We automatically collect specific device details, including your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID), and IP address. We use this data to create a "Device Fingerprint" strictly for security and fraud prevention purposes, such as enforcing account creation limits per device and detecting suspicious login activities.
• Location Data (Optional): If you choose to enable the "Meet" feature, we collect your precise location data (GPS coordinates) to facilitate finding nearby users. This is optional and you can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings or the App's settings.
• Usage & Interaction Data (Smart Algorithms): We track your interactions with the App, such as the videos you watch, posts you like, profiles you visit, and your watch history. We use this data to power our Smart Recommendation Algorithm, which personalizes your feed (e.g., prioritizing unseen videos and relevant content).
• Profile Activity Stats: We count visits to user profiles to provide aggregate "Profile View" statistics to account owners. Individual visitor identities are not exposed to the profile owner in a direct list format.
• Advertising Data: We collect data associated with your device's advertising ID (if permitted) to show you personalized advertisements via our partners like Google AdMob.
• Crash & Performance Data: We collect diagnostic logs, crash reports, and performance metrics to help us identify bugs and improve App stability.

2. Use of Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide the Service: To create and manage your account, display your content, and enable communication between users.
• To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and use our Smart Algorithm to show you content you haven't seen yet and recommend posts/videos you might like.
• For Safety and Security: To verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, spam, and unauthorized access (e.g., sending Login Alerts, blocking banned devices).
• Content Moderation: To review reports submitted by users regarding inappropriate content or behavior. We use the reports and proof provided to take action against violations of our Community Guidelines, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.
• To Display Advertisements: To serve you relevant advertisements (Banner, Native, Interstitial, and Rewarded ads) through our partners like Google AdMob.
• To Facilitate Connections: If enabled, to use location data to help you discover and meet users around you.
• Communications: To send you administrative information, such as updates to our terms, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

A. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

• Google Firebase: For backend infrastructure, database management, authentication, cloud functions, and analytics.

• Google Maps Platform: To provide map and location-based services.

B. Other Users

When you share content (Posts, Eyes) or interact with others, your public profile information (Name, Avatar, Verification Badge) and the content you post will be viewable by other users. If you enable the "Meet" feature, your approximate location will be visible to other users on the map.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption (like HTTPS) for data transmission. We also offer security features such as Login Alerts and session management to help you keep your account secure. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Policy Regarding Children (18+)

HasdFang is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the account immediately.

6. Your Data Rights and Choices

• Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account by logging into your account settings and updating your profile.
• Location Services: You can switch off the "Meet" feature or revoke location permissions through your device settings at any time.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data permanently. You can do this directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us via email or through our Help & Support section. Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

7. Third-Party Websites

The App may contain links to third-party websites or applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the App, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
